I've seen the vendor sell several times arrowshafts, but it's random, so you may have to "wait" a bit before if comes again.
And this leads to another topic i made : what makes a shopkeeper update his stock ? What triggers it ? Time ? Level up ? Quest update ? Knowing that would allow people to get several tries on shop sales. Anyone have an idea ?
