If someone would say "I think it would be awesome if you could get wool from sheep using sheep scissors (or what they were called)" I would agree (and have infact done so).
It's slightly different if the tone is "I tried sheep scissors on sheep, and got no wool. Obviously there's no interactivity in this world, Larian sucks, and they totally robbed me!"
And who knows, maybe if D:OS sells really well, they will work on an expansion, and having the money they can actually add these things aside from a full NPC day-night cycle. Or even sell it as DLC (as much as I hate DLC, and I suppose some would go crazy over 'they cut it out of Kickstarter when promised and sell it as DLC now???!!one!11!!!), as that would compensate the money cost with actual moneyincome.
But it would be more productive for them as expansion if it's probably listed as a wishlist (I miss doing this and this and this) than going on a rant and just citing 'overall world interactivity is lacking'... they can't really do much with that in knowing what you're missing.
And who knows, maybe in the end we even get a "Dragon Knight Saga" overhaul of the game, and they could add such little tidbits in at that point.
It's all about the money...
