@Hassat Hunter
You forgot "focused", that is quite important in my questionning.
Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, Constitution, Speed, Perception = 6 indeed.
Lets consider perception both a mental AND a physical stat: Intelligence and perception would be "mental", that makes two, Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Speed, Perception would be "physical", that makes 5. And indeed, considering perception as only a mental stat would make it 2 to 4.
And if you take time to read the dev's description of "perception", you might notice it seems pretty obvious it relates to the character's senses, + perception gives a bonus to sight and hearing. But I am wrong, perception is "mental", all right.
But this is really a detail.
Fits perfectly in a class-less system
fighting only system. but yes, Larian never said I could play something else beside a fighter of some sort. Talk about those expectations from a classless system.
they never would go old-school
Well, this is true. Apart if you consider a game is old school (pre-wow?) because the quest givers have no quest markers ? What is "old school" anyways ?
There's a single link in this thread, and it leads to another thread on this forum, so no, no modlinks here.
Yes, I don't recall reading you for a long time. Modlinks were posted on this forum before the game gained you attention, obviously.
What does this even mean? Because you aren't forced to place points in a stat for abilities, this is 'unbalance' or 'broken' Or what? I have no clue.
You don't seem to have many clues anyways...
And unlike D&D this is a classless system
So make it obvious, and don't make me start the game a paladin, a ranger, a whatever, even If I can change my stats somehow. Give me skills and Equipment choice, things might then be clearer than this big actual mess.
But feel free to point me at one SINGLE other person who seem 'repulsed' like you
Pointless if we don't define "repulsed".
