What is that I've spotted anyway? I'd like to see this become more useful as most of the time I'm not spotting what they spotted. Perhaps a glowing aura around whatever it is they spotted?

Agreed, about the glowing aura. In my experience, the 'what's this I've spotted' is usually a diggable place, which can be really hard to see on the ground without moving your mouse all around.

A sparkle effect was added but I think even the sparkle effect is tough to spot. So I guess we should make it go even more "TAADAAA!"

I'm "spotting" something just after I enter the city for the first time - right up against the warehouse wall, but can't find or see anything. Am I spotting something inside the warehouse?

Please no "TAADAAA!" stuff.

Im having trouble enough to resign myself to those blasting trumpets that explode!! everytime i try to go invisible. I dont need more of that... especially playing late at night...

Hey, maybe take those trumpets and use those as a "hint" that your character spotted something?
wink

Actually i would prefer, and i think it would look much better in the game, setting, lore and atmosphere wise - to have a bit more non extreme effects for things like that. So, no sparkling or trumpets but maybe, a hovering smoke-like sign of some kind, with some understated but visible additional small effect?

Maybe an effect like a small static cloud? (different color of course)

I didn't mean TADAA literally, but just the sparkles should at least be visible and not go pfrlt.

Maybe if your characters have spotted something on-screen, hitting the Alt key could re-enable the effect, possibly making it more pronounced.

Ok, i was just sayin... (would be great if going invisible wouldnt use those trumpets effect though)

Alt key re-enabling it would be good too. Although i havent missed a single one such spot so far. Seemed pretty straight forward to me, and i kinda liked that i had to look around and find what my character is seeing.

I've had the same thing in the warehouse (mentioned it in another thread about this) - it would be helpful if some clue, either visual or textual, was added to the I've spotted something moments. It's not always apparent what that something is.
