Found the answer on another site.
In case someone is looking for this answer too, here it is :
You need a key that is to be found in Evelyn's Lab / Hidden lair so you need to go there first... unlike what I did since, in fact, I had an issue accessing the said Lab I decided to explore another part of the map and discovered the church.
