I'm finding the process of looting, identifying and selling items to be somewhat annoying.
This is how I am working at the moment...
- I have a warrior and a wizard primary/second character
- I travel around with my warrior selected so he always at the front and my wizard is in the back of each battle
- I try to pick up all items with a single character, so items aren't all over the place. This ends up being my warrior character
- My wizard character has skill ranks in loremaster so I use him for identifying items
So I'm basically running around killing mobs and picking up items. After getting somewhere between 5 and 10 magical items and I want to identify them, to see if they are any good. To do that, I have to find get all the new magic items, transfer them to my wizard character, who identifies them. I then look through the items, allocate any useful items to the relevant characters and send the rest back to the warrior character.
When I sell these items I do it from my warrior character, who at this point has all the items and all the gold. In all likelihood, I've probably forgot to identify some of these items, in which case, I send my wizard character, get him to identify them, then send them back to my warrior character who sells them.

All this back and forth transferring of items is, as stated, annoying. Having to individually identify each item is a bit irritating as well but that's not too much of a big deal.
As to how to fix this? I'm not sure.
Reduce the number of magic items you get? Have identifying items work automatically? A better interface for buying and selling items from the inventories of all your characters?
