I encountered several bugs/issues in V1.1.28:

Priority: very high!
Jake was not present in Evelyn's cave, although she was talking to him when I approached her in the last room. This breaks the quest about the murder investigation.

There is no amulet in Evelyn's cave which is apparently needed for the control panel under the chruch. This breaks the quest about the church.

Bug: Mechanics/inventory
Priority: very high!
Sometimes exchanging two weapons directly in the inventory can lead to the first weapon vanished and a broken game. After that weapon comparison for the respective character doesn't work anymore and there is a beeping sound in the inventory when mouse-overing. Reloading a savegame before the exchange works, every savegame after that is broken and can lead to crashing on loading up. Although the leveling up arrow on the chracter portrait is gone in that case.

Bug: Mechanics/items
Priority: medium
Some two-handed weapons have the wrong damage. I experienced that with two-handed swords which led to three small impacts on the enemy instead of one big blow without any reason or according stats.

Priority: medium/low
After some heads-up dialogues between Roderick and Scarlett the respective trait effects are not shown above their heads.

Bug: Mechanics/AI
Priority: high
Sometimes the AI of enemies is not responding/broken and the system has to force them to end their turn without doing anything after about 10 seconds. Some enemies - often mages/wizards who are a few meters away from the party - don't engage in fights (for example noticed for Evelyn in the cave until someone engages here in melee combat) but ending their turn immediately.
