Ha ha ha, that's totally not happening. Consider yourself lucky if you get multiple models for the humans.
The reason why is that Larian doesn't want the race choosing to be only a cosmetic factor, and so they'd have to add in a ton of dialogue changes to have NPC's react to you differently and such, and then you'd have to alter the way equipment looks on the characters models... it's just a super-crazy amount of work, and that takes a lot of time and money that Larian does not have.
