Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity Original Sin - Beta Possible gamebreaking bug?

I am not sure if anyone else have encountered this but it looks to me as a game-breaking bug (feature?).
At some point it is impossible to buy anything from traders except for money, which means you can't do anything but throw away items you don't need but cost a lot of money.
At some point traders starting telling me "Your offer insults me".
First i thought it is some attitude matter but they all had 100.
After several tries i reached to the conclusion that there is a problem with the weight of the items they can carry and thus you can't exchange items with them for more than the amount they can carry.
If this is a feature, it's extremely stupid sounding, as, at least the shopkeepers, should have a place to store their items, hence their space/carry weight should be limitless.
If it is a bug, needs fast fixing or you get to a point where you need money only and items you gather, and can't use, are completely useless for trading but you can't get money since you can't trade the items. Kind of a deadlock, which at the moment actually prevents me from playing anymore as i can't even get the skills i need.
Anyone else has any thoughts or observations on that?

This bug happens when you try to sell the handful of "unique" equipment in the beta ("Clobbering Time," Braccus's axe, and the orc armor and orc helmet from the beach totem grave). I assume it will be fixed soon.

You sure it's only for those items?
I will try, i am sure i am trying to sell Clobbering Time and it never works and without it i use only money and it works

I'm not 100% sure there's not another "problem" item in addition to those, but that was my experience. And what I mean is with the current bug, you can't sell the four items I mentioned - so you need to exclude them from your items for sale in order to not get the "Your offer insults me!" message. You're welcome!

You can sell anything, just sell them for less than the game suggests. I've sold the orc armour and clobbering time, the trader gave me the "insulting offer" message, lowered the price they had to pay for them and they bought it.

I just use the "Balance offer" button at the top middle, having higher Barter helps too...
