I heard that Cyceal is the only town until new ones are released; does that mean when the game is in its final release (in June)?

There will be at least one another town/village in the final game. There will be presumably no new maps added to the beta version.

My guess is that's correct. But it's only a guess. It's possible that the next map could be added, but I wouldn't expect it. I really doubt that the third map will be in the beta.

Most probably the current area will be the only area till June 20.

It's been stated that Cyseal (one map "region") is about 20-30% of the game, so there will probably be 4 or 5 such "regions" in the final game total. Of those, Larian/videos have confirmed at least two other "towns/villages" - Silverglen and Luculla (or whatever the orc village is called). Unless you have inside info, everything else is pure guesswork at this point.

I think if they decide to add in more regions into the game we would expect more towns and also more companions as well with their own agendas...

Because right now if they only gave us small amount of companions the use of the homestead would be kinda useless unless if they are also planning on adding in some more other things like dimensional maps and other things that could help or hinder our progress through the game..

But everything is still possible though XD!!

Yeah there should be Silverglen in release at least because there is already a quest to deliver something you find in beta map to one of the Silverglen inhabitants. Or they forgot to remove that quest.

I believe there should be additional beta at least to early backers of specific tier with ALL the content in game. Otherwise if even this one map is such a mess and some quests are broken or can't be completed, if we have 3 more areas in game full of quests then either they won't push them out on erode lease which would be really SAD, or they gonna beta them internally? Which would possibly make the release full of bugged quests?
