While I understand the desire for it, I also acknowledge that voice acting for dialogue takes both time and money which I personally would rather was redirected into other areas. Also I feel that not having voice acting in the game makes it more likely to take off with the modding community making big content mods, because they won't feel like their content isn't as good as the professional content because they can't voice it. Maybe that's just me.
