To start off, I'm a dog lover...


Has anyone been able to kill this guy in combat? It seems as if he cannot be melee attacked and his electric attack deals about 540 total damage. His melee attack though is as weak as a declawed kitten.

We aren't just talking about a battle where you get your ass handed back to you (after it is well kicked), but it is more of a case that Arhu won't return it! The bloke will keep it for himself! I need to use it on a daily basis

But personally, you can derive from the dialogues with Arhu he'll be present in other levels following the one in Cyseal, so that might explain why you have the option to fight him, but no means to progress afterwards.

I'm actually wondering if Arhu is killed, will the form cat still appear. I've seen both him and the cat so I know they are separate NPCs.

You mean you saw the two models (wizard+cat) together? I'd consider that a bug!

Yeh, it randomly happens and I know it has been reported already.

I vaguely remember that Arhu is level 15 or so? Since you can only reach level 10 in beta, I guess it could be a very challenging task indeed to kill him.

With summoning fire and ice elementals, I have gotten his health down to about 75%. Spells are the only thing that can damage him as he will dodge all melee attacks. Summoning a wolf or undead swordsman just as them there for canon fodder for his super powerful lightning attacks.
