Exactly pts, so like I said above:

"Righteous" -> "increases Leadership by 1" (per the tooltip)
"Obedient" -> "gives an extra bonus from Leadership" (per the tooltip)

I still think the "Obedient" tooltip wording is a little vague - maybe it could say something like "strengthens the effects of Leadership, if Leadership is active." But whatever.
