hello there,

First, i am really looking forward to this game. My BF and i are very into RPGs and are eager to play DOS as soon as it is finished (we don't want to start over again after every update)!

Looks brilliant so far, still some questions unanswered:

1. in multiplayer coop, if one character starts a dialog, can the other player read what they are talking about, or do you have to ask the other player in chat or skype what happened? Do you have to be in a certain range to read the other players dialogues, or is this impossible at all? I know there are some dialogues where both players can participate in, but i am wondering about the rest.

2. still not quite sure how character creation works. Heard that if you join the singleplayer game of someone else, you take over one of his characters, but if you start together from the very beginning, both players do create their own characters. Is this correct?

thanks in advance!

yes, there is now a log chat where you can read your mate's discussions

if your friend join your game while you are in the character creation menu, you will be able to customize only one character out of two and your frien the other

"-Oh that's fullmoon, cuttie cuttie sheep
-baaaaaaOOOOORGH"

Thank you very much, Chaotica.

Bit disappointed with the log-chat solution (there is very much npc-chatter in some areas i believe), but i assume this is the only way this is going to work (since both players can act freely and talk to different NPCs the same time), so it's fine smile
People are just that adapted to voiced conversations, so it will be quite exhausting to read all the time, but in the end i think we will love it, reminds me of all the beautiful rpgs we played years ago.

all in all, this is going to be awesome.
