There's a mirror in the homestead which lets you change your character's appearance. That includes underwear, I presume.
Is this topic speculation about what they might do? It seems just a smidge late to add in some of those suggestions if they aren't already in.
EDIT: What I'm trying to say is, where has this topic been this past year?
