Ok, my bad. I sure can. What I say is that Arhu, when you first meet him, doesn't look like a shop keeper to me. Moreover, the convo starts and ends almost automatically, quite urging the player to move along. So maybe it won't strike player that this guy is holding a shop in its pockets.

And tell me, what is strength weight limit used for ? I am really genuinely curious.
If you can have this piling of stuff in your inventory, why bother having this "feature" ? Another design inconsistency, so far.
