I've noticed that everytime I talked to Esmeralda - the counter in her shop seems to be gigantic.
Standing behind it, it goes up to the characters chins, and especially women seem tiny compared to it.
Nothing dramatic, but still a somewhat big issue (sorry, bad pun).
Might be that this affects other parts of the world as well, but somehow it's Esmeralda's shop were it seems most obvious to me.
