The trunks are probably duplicateable in the editor, but it depends on how complicated Larian makes the interaction with the story and world.
Only Kickstarter backers get the art book right now.
Maybe it'll show up as a digital deluxe reward.
Although, then I would have to buy a Digital Deluxe edition and a physical CE.
