Come on as I said, I usually really like collector version but the KS version did not appeal to me.
Well, that's probably because the CE advertised at the time did not include many of the items it does now. Kickstarter backers who pledged at the CE tier are getting much more now than they originally bought in for.
We know that Larian consider a collector edition since the KS campaign, so yeah I am disapointed that we cannot upgrade our pledge but the fact that Larian would make a collector edition was common knowledge !!
Yes, we knew there was a CE available to Kickstarter backers who pledged beyond a certain tier of funding, but we didn't know if there was going to be one available to the general public. In fact, apparently there are a few Kickstarter backers that were caught by surprise (and annoyed) that a CE *is* available to the general public.
If you knew Larian Studios was going to make 1500 CE's available to the general public, you had about 1500 more bits of information than the rest of us. Not that we didn't ask when SEA launched, but no information regarding the CE was ever made available until very recently during one of the update videos.
well Chaotica ^^ I am not saying they are usless to people, but he has not mentioned anything about why they are needed. just keeps bringing up extra keys to sell. least that is what I am reading.
The idea of selling extra keys from the CE was actually brought up by someone else. I only responded to it.
Would have gotten the Divinity one if I had found the kick starter sooner, but does not break the game or upset me that I missed out on it~ cause I mean sooner or later it will be for sale to people and I can just buy it}
I'm not sure what you mean by that. The CE is available for sale right now until the supply available runs out. Then it's gone.
