Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Need Help bad

Alright, Josephina doesn't drop that damn staff, I looked everywhere for the damn thing. I'm pretty sure it ain't in the wall like in so many other cases cause I used the alt key and there was absolutly nothing in the damn room besides the cheese, the beermug, and the other two relics, and of course all the crap the dwarfs drop. Can anyone help me out here, this is relly pissing me off.

If she doesn't drop it, it should be in the chest. If not, check out [i]Lost Items - guide and directory of inventory files[/i].

PS if it dropped near a southern wall, etc. the alt key would not help to locate it. You would have to move your mouse slowly over the area you defeated her.

Using the alt key by itself didn't help me find it. I had to run my cursor along the right wall and still had a really hard time finding it.

I, went to the elf with only 2 items He accepted them.[it's such a buggy place]But that needed item has been found in a locked chest ,a wall , for me it was NOT ID'ED so maybe it's that way for you.Check with the elf.Wheather[please forgive spelling]It's Id'ed or not the elf will let you know. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" />

The most important item is the staff, proving you've defeated one Black Ring member. So, having just the book and the trophy isn't enough - but missing one of these 2 could be ok as long as you have her staff.
