I doubt any of that applies here. The base game will be the same for everyone, and then if you have the CE you get the $10 DLC pack too but nothing about any of this is likely to be different from what anyone else has that just bought the $40 basic game and then purchased the $10 DLC.
But even if the downloads were dubbed under different names like CE game download and standard game download there is still absolutely no reason or purpose for you to have the same game on your account twice. None whatsoever.
