Hi:
I do not understand the connection between the scrolls/spell scrolls I have collected and the teleporters that I have found.
On the teleporter map 3 locations have blue flames.

Am I able to jump from 1 location to another using the teleporter?
If so, how?

Blue flames mean that the teleporters are active and you can use them to travel through the world.

Yes, you have to activate teleporter before you can use it.

There are 20 teleporters in the game.
To activate any of them, first you must have proper teleporter scroll in your inventory. Then just click on the teleporter and it'll start to glow in white.
