There is a very annoying bug. My second character stole a bread in the Legion's headquarter's prison and a guard came, and now the character can not move anymore, but nothing else happens. I can move the first character and even teleport them both up to the floor but the second character remains stuck.
Note: even reloading the game does not help, and the character is not overburdened.
