I actually asked a friend I was playing co-op with yesterday to describe the steam effect we were near, basically to see if it was the same steam effect I was seeing, because the visuals just made me assume it was a placeholder or bug. There was also some nasty z-fighting going on the last time I saw it. What was wrong with the old effect?
