Yes, Leech is pretty neat. The healing is not soooo very effective but my character heals a little bit every time when she gets hit and spills her own blood - so effectively, leech reduces the amount of damage done to my character. And in some fights this could mean the difference between life and death^^. Btw, Leech is very useful when combined with the "comeback-kid" talent.
