This I could get behind, but I haven't played the beta much lately (don't want to spoil tthings too much before release) so I dunno how well it works in actual gameplay.


All I've played so far is a Cleric and Ranger (but not much, about five hours). Nice combo I think, but the cleric is basically a buff warrior who gets a bonus for blunt weapons and has a healing spell. The D&D cleric had the blunt weapon part, but really needed Wisdom and Constitution for spells. It appears that healing magic is based on something else maybe. But DOS is not a D&D game, so honestly I was surprised they had the blunt weapons part in there. But I like it.

What really got me on the cleric was that I needed more STR to be able to wear better armor, and seemed more important than anything else since she was my meat shield.
