Yep, just don't press the Alt key....if unbound you'd have no reason to press it anyway so how about you just don't press it while the rest of us enjoy the game however we see fit? The only reason to want this unbound is if you have no self control(which is your problem, not others') or if you are concerned about what others do and how it would be unfair for others to have a perceived advantage because you don't want to use it so you're concerning yourself with imposing this restriction of everyone. My advice: mind your own business.
