1. Arrows (regular arrows, not marksmen skills) can be blocked by my character's 2H-sword.

It depends on if the distance is actually 15.0m or if it is slightly higher but displayed rounded down to 15.0m. I played around with this a couple builds ago, and was able to get spells to work at 15.0m.
