I have noticed one issue with the orc battle before reaching Cyseal: if the PCs have moved close enough to the battlefield, the orcs arriving on the ship will see them immediately upon landing on the beach and engage combat - in which case the three guards and the lone orc already present to the east, who normally get involved in the fight, will not become part of it, leaving just the two PCs to handle the entire orc party on their own.
