AFAIK, there will be no other body models for the final release. The reason is: Larian would have to change all the armors, animations etc. They did not even remove the high heels for Scarlett because they would have to change the whole Scarlett's skeletton and body posture.
But let's hope that new body types will be patched in future updates or modded in.
