When trying to save (both regular and auto) it keeps failing.
"Savegame failed (copy to level cache failed). Please report this."
I've just made a new couple and had a friend join while in character creation. I don't know if that has anything to do with the game not saving, though.
Happens to me too on a Mac. You have to delete ALL saves. Then you can save again. When quick saves are full, it happens again. Then you have to repeat everything again.
Larian, please fix this quickly. This bug WILL definitely PO a lot of your customers...
