It appears that some names won't appear until the entire KS list is entered.

While I was reading up on why I couldn't redeem my KS Code, I checked the Credits; they stop around the "C's". And took maybe 6 minutes to run through.

Somehow, I feel they might be missing a few names :P

You have to learn the rules of the game. And then you have to play better than anyone else.
