Everything you mention is possible but will require some really heavy scripting work. There is no build-in DM tools but you can create them with some advanced scripting.
Ah, I see, well, I'm glad I asked first, thanks for the prompt reply. I'll keep an eye out for easily implemented community mods that enable this, but it's rather important as a default, intuitive feature, for what I plan.
