The editor is ready now; Steam just has to mark it as public. See the Steam announcement.

Actually it is already uploaded on Steam but for some reason Steam has difficulties to make it available as a tool for all players... Swen has just mentioned in another tread that it should be live today at 10:00 PST... (provided Steam doesn't strike)
