Hmmm.. Ok try removing ~/Documents/Larian Studios directory. This will kill your saves but also your graphical settings. You can of course just move the folder to preserve saves.
Try running after that.
P.S. The crash has no connection to D:OS code, it looks to be an audio (!) issue.. I will think on your crash more but only after removing Documents/Larian Studios directory stuff
