Probably better ways out there but my way is : Get the skill "Resurect". Outside Dwarven halls is a lot of forest trolls. Gather som around you near entrance. Kill them. Resurect them. go into halls. go outside again. Kille them again. etc. etc. (se the picture.) I easily got 15-20 levels in 1-2 hours. (killed them with lvl. 5 hellspikes. Good one.
