95 Fahrenheit? My card idles at that temp (Radeon 7850). With D:OS open, it goes up to ~130F. There's no reason that should be causing any problems or be a source of concern for you. What about your CPU temp? That could be the culprit, instead.

I just noticed you're running Crossfire. Have you tried disabling that, as sometimes that (and SLI) can lead to issues.
