I've heard that at some point in the game you can find someone who will let you re-allocate your spell points - for a price.
Without going into spoilers about where/when this occurs, wondering how the mechanics work.
Specifically is this a full re-spec including "perks?" For example - if I chose to re-spec and grab lone wolf, would I get the extra point/level associated with that perk?
