Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity - Original Sin - General Multiplayer: Connection failed / Connection Lost

Go into game menu and set Multiplayer to Friend. (assuming friends in steam)

Now choose Multiplayer to start.

They should be able to choose join from the menu and then filter friends only

They should see you and can simply click

Now you will be in the Char Creation screen they will take over the other player and can customize.
