What kind of effect does intelligence have on buff spells?

Lets say "Wildfire" that gives extra AP for 3 turns.
Does intelligence in any way buff the amount of AP gained? Or the turn duration? Or lower the cooldown before you can use it again?

Or.. does it only reduce the spell cost?

If the tooltip is right, the only thing that scale with your intel on Wildfire is the % of chance to apply Hasted ...
So no effect whatsoever, same as all the buff in the game as far as I know.

Intel does affect every spell Cooldown though, just no buff-specific bonus.

Yeah that's what I thought as well. So 7 or 8 intel is enough then to get 100% apply right?

Yeah, you will just have a huge Cooldown on the skill but a fully effective buff.

Thanks Deyve.

Any estimation on cooldown reduction from lets say 7 to 17 intel?

Here are some numbers on Wildfire CD :
12 int : 5 turns
13 int : 5
14 int : 4
15 int : 4
16 int : 3

Would need some more testing, but it would seem that 2 int point reduce every spell CD by 1 turn.
