I don't recall this being reported before.

Please email supportdos@larian.com, with a description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the D:OS support tool. The report will contain system information which should hopefully help Larian identify the problem.
Your saves are also included, so if file size is an issue most can be deleted from the zip (since they are not directly relevant to the issue).
