My archer has 5 ranks in Crossbow and 9 available skill points. When I hover over the Crossbow skill, it shows that it has details for a 6th rank, but there's no option to raise the skill higher.
Anyone else have this problem? Are all skills capped at 5, and you just have to use gear to boost past that...?
