*Spoiler Alert* - Don't read if you haven't solved the mysterious murder quest.
So, when I was in Evelyn's lair I was like why not just sneak up and shoot her from distance? Then I entered combat without having the convo poped up and start the dialogue options, the summon underlings then started attacking Jake and finally ended up killing him. When I progressed to the church cellar, Jake wasnt't around and I couldn't start convo with the doc. That's when I start noticed that I've broke the game... Now I couldn't solve the mysterious murder quest and cannot obtain the info on the white witch to continue on the adventure in Act II.
