So I kicked out my other knight and hired that Explodo fire mage dude from the End of time place... Notice the difference already. Also not charging in as much with my main knight, he usually ends up getting gang raped XD
In all its much better... still find it unfair that some enemy groups outnumber me more than 2 to 1.
I end up quick saving and quick loading after every round, hoping for good rolls etc... If I don't do that, its means spending a log time in a fight only to end up dead and having to starts from the beginning...
