I killed Victoria early in the game and told Cecil that she is dead. Now that I am trying to complete Cecil's Mighty Staff, Cecil will not stop mourning her death so I cannot talk to him to complete the quest. Does anyone know if it is possible to complete this quest once this happens? Thanks
