The forum badges should just have to have the same email address entered in the Larian Vault account as used in the forum. There were lost of addresses that didn't match, and a few people are missing the option to add them even with the same address.
You will still the grail; Larian didn't forget about it, they are just addressing issues that effect the most people first. There was a delay with the DLC for kickstarter backers with the CE version, and the trunks/grail were added to existing saves, so there is no reason to assume that the Anthology grail code will only apply to new saves.
