Anyone got some info on the rank 5 marksman *talent*?
(Arrows may inflict bonus elemental damage depending on the surface on which your target is standing)
1) Whats the chance it "may inflict"?
2) How much damage? 40% weapon damage like the regular special arrows do? Or a fixed number?
3) Does it apply status effects?
And if so: got some examples on how it works in combat? Which surfaces do what exactly? (like oil and water/blood)
