Would anyone please tell me how i can destroy this Big Blood Stone in the Northern Luculla Area ? i tried diffrent ways but i think i need a spell or something.. it is the quest for the attack of heimstead

Have to use items enchanted with lerium AND NOT any other elements, as all elemental damage heals it.

I ended up finding a random junk white item, enchanting with lerium and attacking. Though I noticed this worked best with ranged weapons, my melee could only attack it with special attacks, while with ranged I could Ctrl+Click to attack.

You can ctrl click to attack in melee, but the lava around its base could be stopping you (I cleared that with a Tornado spell anyway).

But yeah, you can only damage it with void/tenebrium damage. So just get any old tenebrium weapon and smash it, or enchant a weapon with void damage with a tenebrium bar.

ok thanks a lot but the problem is that i cant handle the tenebrium yet.. I have figured out that brandon gives the skill to handle but he doesnt give me a quest or something else..

he should have asked you to bring him some from the troll king's mine. he'll also provide you with a special bag to keep it in during transport.

After you return he'll teach you how to handle it.

Not sure why you wouldn't have already prompted this conversation with him, have you tried all conversation options?

When you refuse his "shady" offer, he never again offers it actually. So you are locked out of tenebrium weapons for 3 of 4 characters, as only -1- skill book with this skill exists, and it's in Attenboroughs office (in the hidden imacculate village, she's the geomancer there). I assume this is the "fall back" Larian added to make sure SOMEONE could handle this in your group.

Kinda weird you can lock yourself out of such a major quest in this way though...
