Hiver, I'm sorry brother but you're in clear denial of a basic fact.
No game, no matter how poorly optimized, can make your hardware run at more than 100% utilization. If your computer cannot run at 100% utilization without overheating, your computer isn't built properly. Period.
This game is not well optimized yet (although they've done some work...it's far better today than it was at launch). It could use some work in the department for sure, that is also a fact.
But your machine is still not setup properly because no software, no matter how poorly written, can make your CPU & GPU emit more heat than they emit at 100% utilization. You need to address your cooling problem, regardless of whether or not this game is ever optimized to use less of your resources so it avoids exposing the flaws in your build.
