And knowing your work for months, this is simply the tip of the proverbial ice-berg.
As mentioned this isn't your personal forum. You can PM or email tech support or you can make note and then deal with public reaction to it, that is how it works. I know their team members have shared their support teams email many times with others with issues.
This isn't your first forums you've posted to is it?
You can't even see when people want to help even if you aren't asking, you have no couth to graciously say "Thanks, but no thanks." Your comments above are how you react to help.
